1. Website and service provider

MMO Creator Studio, a Malaysia-based business founded by CS Ng, operates this website and singapp. We provide Facebook Page content planning, managed content services and publishing software. Contact us to discuss the scope of a service engagement.

Client accounts are created by the administrator following onboarding. This public website does not provide open registration or online checkout. Any commercial scope, fees and responsibilities are agreed separately with the client.

2. Authorised use and content

Use only Pages you are authorised to manage and content you own or have permission to publish. Keep your platform credentials private. Do not attempt to access another client’s workspace, interfere with the service or use the studio’s identity to mislead others.

Review the video, caption, destination and timing before authorising publication. For source-to-Page rules, confirm the source, starting point, destinations and automatic publishing controls. Page authorisation does not give you copyright or other rights to republish a third party’s content.

Managed services follow the scope, approval process and Page access agreed with the client. A platform administrator’s reporting role does not itself grant permission to publish to every client’s Pages.

3. Platform conditions and availability

Facebook, Meta APIs and any source services remain subject to their applicable terms and access requirements. Publication depends on valid permissions and the availability and decisions of those services. A successful API submission does not guarantee processing, public visibility, reach, monetisation or uninterrupted access.

Check the actual Facebook result before retrying an uncertain submission. MMO Creator Studio does not claim that singapp is certified or endorsed by Meta.

4. Website materials

The studio name and original website design materials belong to MMO Creator Studio or their respective rights holders. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Editorial graphics illustrate the studio’s identity and workflow. They are not client case studies, audience metrics or evidence of commercial results.
