singapp is the publishing platform provided by MMO Creator Studio, alongside our content planning and managed Page services. Client accounts are created by the studio following onboarding.
After signing in to your workspace, connect Facebook and authorise the Pages you manage. Upload a video, choose its Page, add a caption and review the destination before publishing or starting a schedule. The platform uses Meta’s official API to submit authorised content and retrieve publishing status.
Your workspace uses the Pages connected to your Facebook identity. Another client cannot select your Pages simply because they also use singapp.

How Facebook information is used
Show your authorised destinations.
Page names, IDs and available permissions let you see which connected Pages you can publish to. Page credentials allow the service to carry out the publishing you authorise.

Post and video information, publishing status and available Facebook links help you check submissions and find the result. Administrators can view account and Page activity reports to support the service.

Using singapp
How do I get an account?
Contact MMO Creator Studio to discuss your Pages and service needs. Accounts are created by the administrator, and you change your temporary password on first use. You then connect Facebook yourself and select the Pages you authorise. The service does not ask you to send your Facebook password or access token to the studio.
What managed services does the studio provide?
We help with Facebook content planning, captions, daily updates and Page management. We agree the work, content approval process and appropriate Page access with you during onboarding. Your software workspace remains separate from other clients’ workspaces; an administrator’s reporting view does not automatically grant publishing access to your Pages.
Can I use source-to-Page publishing rules?
You can configure supported source creators and Page destinations, then explicitly enable collection and automatic publishing. Use only content you own or have permission to republish. Review the destination, starting point and rules before enabling a source. Availability depends on valid Page access, the source service and your selected controls.
Which Facebook permissions does the platform use?
public_profile identifies the connected Facebook account. pages_show_list retrieves authorised Pages; pages_manage_posts enables publishing; pages_read_engagement supports reading Page content and checking results. You grant access through Facebook. You can disconnect or revoke access; see our deletion and disconnection instructions.
Where is publishing data kept?
The web platform stores account information, encrypted Page credentials, uploaded working media and publishing records on its cloud server. The studio’s separate Windows application keeps its own local records. Our privacy policy explains retention, administrator access and service providers.
Does a successful upload mean a video is publicly visible?
Meta may still need to process the video, and visibility depends on platform settings and restrictions. Check the actual result on Facebook before treating a submission as publicly visible or trying it again.
