Data deletion
How to disconnect singapp and request removal of studio-controlled application data.
1. Disconnect Facebook access
An authorised operator can use Facebook’s settings for connected apps or business integrations to remove singapp or its Page permissions. Follow the current options shown by Facebook for the relevant account or business.
Stop pending studio publishing before disconnecting access. Revoking access prevents future authorised API activity but does not automatically remove existing Facebook posts or the app’s local files.
2. Request deletion
Email the studio using the contact address below with the subject singapp data deletion request. Include the affected Facebook Page URL or ID, your relationship to it, and which information you want removed.
Do not send passwords or access tokens. The studio may request limited confirmation of your authority before removing Page-related operational records.
3. What the studio must review
An authorised operator reviews saved Page credentials, local Page settings, pending queue entries, source bindings, downloaded working copies, publishing records and any relevant backups. Removing records must also prevent the source monitor from recreating them or re-publishing the affected content.
Requests are handled individually by an authorised studio operator. The operator confirms the affected records and scope before removal, checks relevant backups and explains the outcome or any necessary retention exception to the requester. This is an operator-assisted process, not an automatic or immediate deletion service.
4. Content already published
Deleting local app data does not delete a published Facebook video. An authorised Page manager must separately manage or delete the published content using Facebook’s controls.
Removing studio-controlled copies also does not remove a source creator’s original content or records independently held by another platform.
