1. Who this policy covers

MMO Creator Studio operates this website and singapp, an internal tool for managing the company’s own Facebook Pages. This policy describes information used in those activities.

The app has no public registration or third-party customer accounts. The studio is responsible for the local application records it controls; Meta and other platforms operate their own services under their own policies.

2. Information we use

• Website visits: this static website does not include a contact form, advertising pixels, analytics scripts or an account system. Its hosting provider may process technical connection information, such as IP address and request logs, to deliver and secure the site.
• Page connection: authorised Page IDs, names, available Page tasks and access credentials required to connect selected Pages. A User access token is used temporarily to retrieve permitted Pages; selected Page tokens are stored locally.
• Publishing records: video files, local file references, captions, assigned Pages, schedules, source references, processing results, media IDs and published-post links.
• Source synchronisation: configured source creator references, observed video identifiers, downloaded media and operational browser session data used by the studio’s source-monitoring workflow.
• Correspondence: contact information and message contents provided when someone contacts the studio through its confirmed contact channel.

3. Why we use it

Information is used to connect authorised Pages, organise content, schedule and submit videos, check processing results, avoid duplicate publication, diagnose operational errors and respond to enquiries or deletion requests.

singapp is designed for the studio’s own publishing operations. It does not require viewers of a Page video to create an account on this website.

4. Storage and service providers

The app’s queue, downloaded working media and operational records are stored on the studio’s Windows computer. Saved Page tokens are held in Windows Credential Manager. Temporary User tokens are not intentionally saved by the application.

When content is submitted for publication, the selected video, caption and required Page information are sent to Meta’s official API. Configured source services receive the requests needed to retrieve selected source content. Network and platform processing may take place outside Malaysia.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare and Meta process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. This website has no embedded third-party media or remotely loaded fonts.

5. Retention and protection

Local working records are currently retained until reviewed and removed by an authorised studio operator. The application does not implement an automatic retention expiry for every record. Stored backups may also contain older operational records.

Credentials are protected using the Windows credential store, and access to the studio computer is restricted to authorised operators. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention is managed through operator review rather than a fixed automatic deletion period. Reviews consider the publishing purpose, outstanding requests and any records that must be retained. Relevant backup copies are included in the review; retained exceptions and the handling of restored records are documented.

6. Requests and choices

You may ask about information relating to you, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern using the confirmed studio contact channel below. Where appropriate, the studio may ask for the minimum information needed to establish your connection to the affected Page or record.

Removing an app’s Facebook access stops future authorised access; it does not by itself erase local records or posts already published on Facebook. See our data deletion instructions.
