Data deletion

1. Disconnect Facebook access

Review and pause pending publishing before disconnecting. Use the cloud workspace’s Facebook disconnect control, or remove singapp through Facebook’s connected-app or business-integration settings. Use the options Facebook provides for your account.

Cloud disconnection pauses that account’s tasks and removes stored Page credentials, while retaining history and working records. Revoking access does not delete existing Facebook posts. Simply signing out of the App leaves previously confirmed cloud tasks running.

2. Delete cloud Facebook data

Sign in to the cloud platform and connect your Facebook account to identify your data, then open Delete your companion data. Read the confirmation before submitting. Active publication must finish first.

This removes the identified Facebook account’s cloud drafts, uploaded working copies, history, saved Page credentials and associated source rules. It also removes duplicate-protection records, so check Facebook before importing the same content again. Your separate platform account and security audit records are not erased by this control.

3. Contact us for other records or assistance

Email [email protected] with the subject singapp data deletion request. Include your platform username or the affected Facebook Page URL/ID, your relationship to the account or Page and what you want removed.

Use this route if you cannot sign in, or for platform account details, security records, desktop data, correspondence, downloaded report exports or recovery copies. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may ask for limited confirmation of your authority before removing records.

4. Retained copies and follow-up

An authorised operator reviews the request and relevant retained copies, confirms the scope, and explains the outcome or any necessary retention exception. Daily cloud database backups can contain deleted records until their seven-day retention expires; any restoration must reapply subsequent deletion requests. Earlier migration, maintenance or desktop copies need separate review.

Disconnecting, hiding a task or deleting an administrator report is not equivalent to deleting all account data. Rules must also be removed or disabled so deleted content is not recreated by a source workflow.

5. Content already published

Deleting application data does not delete published Facebook videos. An authorised Page manager must separately manage or delete published content through Facebook. It also does not erase your original files, a source creator’s content or records independently held by other service providers.
